We love solving tough problems – from user experience to design and code.We build enterprise web-based solutions for clients all over the world, from Australia, Indonesia, Europe, Africa, and America.

Job Overview

You will manage the daily functions of the Recruitment and HR Division, which includes overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish—job posting, screening, interviewing, and administering all necessary documents and data. This position will report to the Head of People.And willing to work from Yogyakarta Office is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct the Full Recruitment Process: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, understand team dynamics, and develop clear, compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
  • Utilize Various Recruitment Channels: Leverage multiple recruitment platforms and channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract and engage potential candidates effectively.
  • Screen Resumes and Conduct Interviews: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain Candidate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Provide timely updates and constructive feedback, ensuring open communication and a positive experience.
  • Coordinate Interview Processes: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
  • Conduct Reference Checks: Perform reference checks for final candidates to verify qualifications and gather insights from previous employers.
  • Assist in Offer Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers, including compensation packages, and assist in negotiations as needed.
  • Maintain Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring processes, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance strategies and attract top talent.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations and administer for all documents and data needed for Recruitment area.
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
  • Support other HR-related activities within the organization as needed.

Skills Required

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter and HR Generalist for at least 3-4 years.
  • Experience in the service industry or IT-related fields is a plus.
  • Upper intermediate level of English proficiency.
  • Excellent knowledge of using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides); knowledge of HRMS/HRIS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • High ethical standards and reliability.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with overseas clients and communicating in English on a daily basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification.
  • Understanding of the decision-making process within organizations.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and software.
