Deskripsi Lowongan
The Capital Hotel & Resort Bali are selecting talents for Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager at The Capital Hotel & Resort Bali, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and client relationships across our managed villa and hospitality properties. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing B2B relationships, and ensuring strong performance aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnership prospects in domestic and international segments.
- Actively seek out and manage B2B, travel agent, OTA, and direct client relationships.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, agencies, and partners.
- Implement sales action plans based on the hotel’s marketing and business development strategies.
Client Relationship Management
- Supervise and coordinate E-Commerce performance, including OTA channels, hotel website, and online distribution platforms.
- Represent The Capital Hotel & Resort Bali in sales calls, site inspections, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
Performance & Revenue Monitoring
- Collaborate with the revenue team to optimize pricing strategies, forecasting, and demand optimization.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Monitor sales reports, performance reviews on KPI’s, and provide forecasts to management.
Team Coordination & Support
- Work closely with e-commerce, reservations, and operations to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
- Oversee the Reservations team to ensure efficient handling of bookings, inquiries, and confirmations.
- Assist in training and mentoring staff if needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry (hotel, resort, or villa).
- Proven experience handling B2B travel trade, OTA, and VHP System.
- Strong understanding of Sales, E-Commerce, online distribution channels, and reservation operations.
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate team.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
